Shipping policy

We ship Australia-wide from Melbourne, Victoria. Our dispatch operations are closed on Victorian public holidays.

Processing & Dispatch

Orders are packed and handed to our courier within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). During major sales, promotions, or extreme weather, dispatch may take slightly longer — we'll reach out if there's an unexpected delay. Once your order is confirmed, we can't guarantee changes to products, quantities, or delivery addresses.

Tracking

You'll receive an automated shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order is ready for delivery. Please allow up to 12 hours for the tracking link to update — there's often a short delay between us packing your order and the courier scanning it in.

Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipped via Australia Post. Standard shipping is $6.99, and free on orders over $99, with delivery typically taking 2–15 business days depending on your location.

Delivery & Package Security

By default, orders require a signature on delivery. If no one's available, the courier will leave it at the nearest Post Office for collection — getting there in time is the customer's responsibility, so we recommend using an address where someone's available during business hours (e.g. a workplace).

If you'd prefer the courier leave your package without a signature, add a note at checkout requesting Authority to Leave. Choosing this means you accept full responsibility for the parcel once it's dropped off — we can't offer refunds or replacements for lost, missing, or stolen parcels, or for damage from environmental exposure (sun, heat, rain).

If you use Australia Post's MyPost to redirect your parcel or request a Safe Drop after it's left our facility, our transit cover no longer applies — please double check your delivery address at checkout.
